We are looking for a volunteer to teach twice a month. Through leading a yoga class, you will help to give seniors an outlet for physical and spiritual activity and help them to enrich their overall wellness. The volunteer will prepare an agenda for each class and lead residents through various exercises while providing positive feedback and support. Requirements: Ongoing SAHA Community Volunteers must commit to volunteer once a week for a minimum of 4 months, and must complete a volunteer orientation, volunteer forms and background screening prior to beginning their placement.
